Yulia is an experienced fitness instructor/coach in both one-on-one and group formats 8+ years. She is a CANFITPRO & YMCA certified personal trainer with CPR and First Aid Certification and RTO certification (Rehab Techniques in Oncology). She specializes in functional and compound training styles. Yulia has experience working with older population and people with chronic lung disease as well as with pro athletes. She also has a professional dance background of 10+ years practicing ballet, Russian folk, and contemporary styles. She believes in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far
exceed the discomfort.
Thor is an AFAA certified personal trainer and SCHWINN-certified indoor cycling instructor. He is a seasoned personal trainer and has worked with private clients for the past 10 years in exclusive and tailored settings across South America, the Caribbean, and Canada. Before that, he toured parts of Europe and South America with two different dance companies as a principal dancer, specializing in breakdance, gymnastics and hip hop. With a specialization in strength training and weight loss, Thor believes in cultivating a supportive and strong relationship with his clients around their goals and workout plans.
Monica is an ACE certified personal trainer. She specializes in corrective exercise, strength training and weight loss. Her target is to help her clients create a goal to achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues. She is very passionate about helping others feel good about themselves physically and mentally. As a personal trainer, she understands the struggle with being overweight and sticking to new workout routines. Her experience inspired her to apply what she learned and help others overcome these obstacles.
I understand what it’s like to be on the side of taking the first step to start a journey in fitness. It can be exciting, fun, motivating but at the same time intimidating. I’d be lying if I told you that Health and Fitness has always been a passion of mine. In the past, I’ve struggled with injuries, poor eating choices and the “I’ll Start on Monday mindset”. A couple years ago I made the choice that enough is enough. I want to be healthy. This led me to rebuilding my passion for fitness and develop the healthy lifestyle that I live today. With hard work and dedication, I managed to lose 100 pounds, build strength, decrease my injuries, run Half Marathons, and devote my life into teaching others to achieve similar goals with my Personal Trainer Certificate with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
My transformation wasn't just physical; it was a mental and emotional shift as well. I firmly believe that every individual possesses the potential to achieve their fitness goals, whether it's shedding excess weight, improving mobility, or adopting a healthier way of life. My journey has equipped me with the knowledge and experience to assist others in their own pursuits of better health.

Specializing in injury rehabilitation and active recovery, I bring extensive experience in addressing diverse fitness needs. While my primary focus centers on Active Rehab training, my expertise extends to a broad spectrum of fitness goals. I excel in guiding clients toward body recomposition goals such as fat loss, and muscle building, or working on specific goals like maximal strength, power, agility and sports-specific performance training. With a holistic approach, I aim to cater to various fitness objectives while prioritizing injury prevention and recovery.
