Hello there, my name is Ryan and movement has always been my love language, first as an athlete, then in healthcare technology, and now through yoga. After 15 years in a fast-paced industry, I realized the most powerful connection isn’t digital—it’s within. Yoga didn’t just help me heal; it completely reorganized my life.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Downward Dog Yoga Centre with a deep commitment to making yoga accessible to everyone. If you have breath, you can do yoga. Whether it’s an energizing flow, a grounding practice, or deep restore, I create space for people to have fun, move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Sarah started practicing yoga in 2013 during a difficult time in her life. Over the years her commitment to her practice has been an integral part of her personal healing. Her philosophical curiosities and desire for meditative movement drew her to Ashtanga. Through Sarah’s practice of massage work, somatic healing techniques, Yin, and Vipassana meditation, she has cultivated a greater sense of clarity. She completed her teacher training at Downward Dog Yoga Centre, where she continues to deepen her practice. She enjoys facilitating a contemplative class that emphasises connection to the breath and body.
Hello, I'm Sepideh, a graphic designer turned Ashtanga yoga teacher on a mission to make yoga accessible for everyone. My yoga journey began as a complement to my love for rock climbing, initially considering it as a great warm-up. However, what I discovered on the mat was far beyond physical benefits – a profound sense of peace and joy. I completed my Ashtanga yoga teacher's training in 2023 at Downward dog yoga, and now, I'm dedicated to breaking down barriers that keep people from experiencing the transformative power of yoga. In my classes, I blend the dynamic and structured elements of Ashtanga with accessible vinyasa flows. Emphasizing breath with each movement, my goal is to help students redirect their focus inward, creating space and removing obstacles within their own bodies. I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. I am passionate about demystifying yoga terminology and simplifying complicated poses, making the practice approachable and enjoyable for all. Each class I teach is a unique journey, a gift to oneself to slow down, reflect, and connect with the present moment. Join me on the mat, and let's explore the joy and peace that yoga can bring to our lives.

Gazain is a passionate fitness instructor with a background in crew rowing and track. After discovering group fitness post-pandemic, he quickly fell in love with rhythm riding, which combines his love for music and movement. His journey has been driven by a desire to make cardio fun and accessible for riders of all levels, while encouraging each individual to grow and improve. Gazain’s classes are uplifting and dance-focused, where he pushes his riders to sweat, crush their boundaries, and feel like the strongest versions of themselves. He creates a supportive space where riders are set up to succeed but are also reminded of their potential. to keep growing. Gazain’s teaching philosophy revolves around the idea that showing up consistently will help you become the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally. Above all, he is deeply invested in helping his riders connect with their goals and enjoy the process of working out, making it something they look forward to rather than a chore.
Spin meets the dance floor! Get ready for a party on the bike, where you’ll find good vibes and zero judgment in my class. After 8 years of riding, Gigi's passion for rhythm-driven movement led her to earn her Schwinn Indoor Cycling certification. Gigi's goal is to create a space where you can let loose, ride to the beat, and leave everything at the door. There’s no pressure, just a whole lot of fun. Come for the sweat, stay for the party!
Music and biking have always been central to Sam’s life. From learning piano shortly after she could walk to biking across country borders while living in Holland - where bikes outnumber people - it was only natural that she would eventually fall in love with something that blends the best of both worlds: Rhythm riding!
What Sam loves most about rhythm riding is the energy, the community, and the adrenaline that comes from every ride - and how that feeling follows you long after you step off the bike. No matter who you are or where you’re starting from, Sam’s goal is to make sure you feel safe, supported, and, above all, that you’re having the time of your life.
With a lifelong passion for fitness, Quinn first developed her love for teaching rhythm based movement through dance and acrobatics. Growing up north of the city and eventually moving overseas to Sydney Australia, her passion for movement and music has always given her a sense of being “home” no matter where she is. After graduating University, Quinn furthered her learning surrounding physical and mental wellness and caught the “spin bug”. After teaching her first indoor cycling group class back in 2017, she has never looked back! Passionate about music and expression, Quinn loves leading her riders, new and veteran alike, through rhythmic classes that feel less like a cardio workout, and more like a dance party.
