Andrea's love for yoga started more than 10 years ago, when she found herself escaping the stresses of work and school while on her mat. Her passion for the practice continued to grow, and she brought it across the pond while she lived in the United Kingdom and all across Ontario. With a desire to learn more, Andrea embarked on her 500 hour yoga teacher training and has found herself committed to health, wellbeing, and nurturing the soul. A class with Andrea will include modifications for all levels, use of props, and encouragement to find your truest practice.

With a lifelong passion for fitness, Quinn first developed her love for teaching rhythm based movement through dance and acrobatics. Growing up north of the city and eventually moving overseas to Sydney Australia, her passion for movement and music has always given her a sense of being “home” no matter where she is. After graduating University, Quinn furthered her learning surrounding physical and mental wellness and caught the “spin bug”. After teaching her first indoor cycling group class back in 2017, she has never looked back! Passionate about music and expression, Quinn loves leading her riders, new and veteran alike, through rhythmic classes that feel less like a cardio workout, and more like a dance party.
